Our vision
Vulnerable children and youth are at the heart of inclusive and civic education that promotes their rights, fosters their autonomy, and fully integrates them into their community.
Who are our projects intended for?
3–6 years (Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique)
“Preschool Methodologies”: educational support inspired by the Montessori approach, while focusing on each child’s needs and interests, in partnership with associative or public kindergartens.
6 months–6 years (Brazil, Mozambique)
“Early Childhood Development”: specialized support for children with disabilities, delays, or learning difficulties.
7–12 years (Brazil)
“Civic Childhood”: a 9-month socio-educational program that includes thematic educational projects and academic catch-up, in partnership with public schools in Brazil.
13–17 years (Brazil, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Chad)
“Citizen Pathway”: a transformative program aimed at strengthening confidence and self-esteem, encouraging critical thinking, and fostering civic engagement, implemented in partnership with local associations and public schools.
14–25 years (Brazil, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Chad)
“Youth Club”: former participants of the Civic Pathway carry out awareness-raising activities and organize civic initiatives supporting the Sustainable Development Goals and promoting youth leadership.
“Thanks to the Citizen Pathway and the facilitators, I have changed the way I think and act. Before joining the program, I was shy, I didn’t speak much, and I didn’t participate in class. Today, I have changed for the better! The Citizen Pathway helped me take care of my health and improve my behaviour with those around me.”
